New York New York- The City that never sleeps

Had an absolutely fantastic 4 days in New York! Stayed in a lovely hotel right on Times Square called the Casablanca - we've been fully appreciating a proper bed and free wine and cheese from5 til 8! Tonight we have been graced by a pianist with an interesting repertoire!
So.. in the last 4 days we've pretty much done the whole on New York, Empire State Building (up to the top) Chrysler Building, Been shopping (of course!) Bloomingdales, Macys, Barneys, 5th Avenue, Lexington and 3rd.. Time square, everywhere! Central Park and Strawberry fields, American Museum of Natural History, Guggenhein, Museum of Modern Art, Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island via the Staten Island Ferry, Grand Central Station, Times Square AND been to see Mary Poppins on Broadway! phew! pretty tired now, done so much walking. Car's coming to pick us up at 6, off to JFK for our flight back to old England at 10:30pm, arriving into Heathrow at 10:20am on Saturday (due to 5 hour time difference!) But yes.. and we end our trip here- and what a bloody fantastic time I've had! :-)
